In plain terms: Jade and Rose Gold are yours for life once earned, and nothing you do or stop doing takes them away. From Ruby upwards the status is renewed quarterly against both a deposit figure and a turnover figure, and falling short means dropping back.

That is the calculation to make before chasing an upgrade. Ruby asks for MYR 750,000 of turnover every three months to stay Ruby. If that is not the volume you already play, the tier will not last, and the play required to keep it costs far more than the rebate returns.

Note also that maintenance asks for two figures at once, deposit and turnover, and both have to be met. Depositing without playing does not hold a tier any more than playing without depositing does.
